Kathmandu’s Khula Manch Reopens to the Public

Kathmandu’s iconic Khula Manch has officially reopened to the public following the completion of restoration and greenery enhancement projects.

Acting Mayor Sunita Dangol inaugurated the space on Thursday morning, marking its transition back into a community hub after the city administration finished planting grass and managing physical structures. The open grounds are now designated for public wellness activities, including yoga, meditation, and sound healing, providing a revitalized environment for citizens in the heart of the capital.
