Kanchan Development Bank 50% Right Share book closure on Mangsir 30

Kanchan Development Bank Limited (KADBL) SGM held on Ashad 4, 2073 had approved 2:1(50%) right shares to its shareholders and now the development bank has announced book closure date for the same. The right issue was approved by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Mangsir 8, 2073. The book closure date for 50% right issues has been set for Mangsir 30, 2073 till Magh 23, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Mangsir 29, 2073 will be eligible for the right shares. The development bank will be issuing 9, 90,000 units right share worth Rs 9.90 crore at the face value of Rs 100. Global IME Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue.
