Kalika Microcredit’s new branch in Pame, Kaski

Kalika Microcredit Development Bank Limited (KMCDB) has opened its new branch in Pame, Kaski. The new branch was inaugurated by Mr. Upendra Kumar Paudel, Head of Microfinance Promotion and Supervision Dept. at Nepal Rastra Bank. Mr. Min Bahadur Bohara, CEO of the microfinance company highlighted the company’s major achievements in the inauguration ceremony. Mr. Chandra Bahadur Basnet, director from promoters group of the microfinance, highlighted that the company has been able to open new branch in Pame where no other banks have any presence. Due to this, the microfinance company will be able to boost economic developments in the region, and especially help women increase sources of revenues. In the ceremony, Mr. Paudel said that the microfinance has been able to achieve attractive progress lately and urged local women to use the services provided by the bank.
