Kalika Micro Credit Development Bank organizes 2 days employee efficiency training program

Syangja, Baglung based Kalika Micro Credit Development Bank has organized 2 day efficiency vocational training for its 41 branch managers with the aim to enhance their skills, knowledge, and competence as a manager. Mr. Min Bhadur Bhohara , CEO of the development bank also provided information to all the managers on their strategic planning for the current fiscal year.
Mr. Er. Bishnu Prasad Poudyal, Chairman of Board of Director inaugurated the vocational training in the presence of key management members of the company. Mr. Poudyal stressed on the present situation of financial institutions of Nepal and threw light on the performance of Kalika Micro Finance, branch expansion, and future growth amidst the participants in the program.
The development bank has earned Rs 2.22 crore net profit and made Rs 82 crore investment in 73/74 FY.
