Kalika Laghubitta proposes 12% bonus for its shareholder from profit of 2075/76; Capital to reach Rs 12.09 crore after adjustment

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (KMCDB) has proposed 12.63% dividend for its shareholders from the profit till FY 2075/76.
The 175th Board Meeting of the microfinance has proposed 12% bonus shares worth Rs 1 crore 29 lakh 60 thousand and cash dividend of 0.63% worth Rs 6 lakh 82 thousand 105 for tax purposes.
As of Q4, KMCDB has a paid-up capital of Rs.10.80 Crore with reserve of Rs.6.77 Crore. The capital post adjustment of bonus shares will be Rs 12.09 crore.
