Kailash Bikas Bank appoints new chairman & CEO

Kailash Bikas Bank Limited (KBBL) has appointed new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the BOD meeting of KBBL held yesterday has appointed Mr. Narayan Prasad Paudel as the Chairman of the BOD. Earlier, Mr. Paudel was serving as director representing the promoter shareholders of the company. The same BOD meeting as also appointed Mr. Amrit Charan Shrestha as the CEO. His tenure will last for four years, effective from Jestha 14, 2074.
