Jyoti Bikas Bank proposes 12.75% bonus shares; Find dividend history

Jyoti Bikas Bank (JBBL) has proposed 12.75% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 345th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 18, 2076 has decided to propose this dividend and forward it to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
After NRB, the proposal is also subject to approval from the bank's upcoming AGM.
