Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta appoints Siddhartha Capital as share registrar

Janauthhan Samudayik Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (JSLBB) has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as its share registrar from Ashwin 19, 2073 (yesterday). The agreement was  signed on Ashwin 18, 2073. From now onwards Siddhartha Capital will carry out all the share related services of the microfinance company. Recently, Janautthan Bikas Bank had announced 20 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the microfinance company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). JSLBB had earned net profit of Rs 1.23 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Its last traded price (LTP) stood Rs 1,906 as on October 4, 2016.
