Janaki Finance trading suspended in NEPSE due to late submission of Book Closure date

Trading of Janaki Finance Limited (JFL) has been suspended today in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE). The trading has been suspended until the next decision of NEPSE. As per the official of NEPSE, “Due to the late submission of book closure date by finance company, we have suspended the trading of the company. The trading will resume soon.” Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) will be convening its 20^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2073. The AGM will be endorsing 10% bonus share to its shareholders. The book closure date for the AGM has set from Poush 5, 2073 till Poush 25, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. As per the rule, the company should have provided the book closure notice before the book closure date i.e. Poush 5 to NEPSE. As the finance company informed only today (Poush 7), NEPSE halted the trading of the finance company.
