Janaki Finance trading resumes after correction in book closure date;last day to secure 10% bonus share

The trading of Janaki Finance Limited (JFL) has been resumed in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) from today after the submission of satisfactory letter from the company. Earlier, trading of the finance company was suspended due to late submission of book closure date. Also, the finance company has made correction in its book closure date. The newly announced book close date is from 2073-09-13 till 2073-09-25 for the purpose of its upcoming Annual General Meeting. So, today is the last day to get hold of the bonus share of the company. Only those shareholders owning the shares of the company till today (Poush 12, 2073) are eligible for the bonus share of the company. Earlier the book closure date was set from Poush 5, 2073 till Poush 25, 2073. Janaki Finance will be convening its 20^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2073. The AGM will be endorsing 10% bonus share to its shareholders.
