Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) has called its 3rd AGM on 28th Jestha, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Amrapali Cottage & Restaurant (Butwal-8, Sukhanagar, Rupandehi) starting at 11:00 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
4) Election of 2 board members from public shareholders.
5) Merger and Acquisition and Misc.
