IPO Shares of Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited Listed In NEPSE; What are the Opening Ranges?

3,07,50,500 unit IPO shares of Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited have been listed in NEPSE. This includes the shares held by promoters and the quantity issued to the general public and project-affected locals.

The opening range for the first transaction is Rs. 142.01 to Rs. 426.03. The IPO shares will be traded in the secondary market the next day if the company signs an agreement with NEPSE.

Out of a total of 3,07,50,500 unit shares, 9,732,544 unit IPO shares were issued to general public while 1,216,568 units were issued to Nepalese citizens working abroad at Rs. 237.58 per share (Rs. 100 face value + Rs. 137.58 premium price) from 14th Ashwin to 18th Ashwin, 2080.

Note that the listed shares will traded under the symbol 'SONA'.
