IPO shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower & Laxmi Equity Fund listed in NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 21,60,000 units IPO shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited and 1,25,00,000 units primary shares of Laxmi Equity Fund. These shares will now be deposited into the allottees’ demat accounts in 7 days, after which they can be freely traded. Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited had allotted its 5,40,000 units IPO shares on Asadh 17, 2074. Allotment for investors who had applied up to 710 units (Rs 71,000) was decided through lottery, and were allotted 10 units on lottery basis. Other investors who had applied more than 710 units were allotted 1.25% on pro-rata basis. Likewise, all retail investors who had applied for Laxmi Equity Fund were allotted 100%. Other investors who had applied above Rs 50,000 were allotted 58% on pro-rata basis.
