IPO Proposals of Kalinchowk Darshan and Hathway Investment Nepal in SEBON's Pipeline

Kalinchowk Darshan Limited has proposed to open an IPO to the project-affected locals and general public.
The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 12 lakh shares. This will raise Rs. 12 crores for the company. The application was submitted on Chaitra 15. Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. has been appointed the issue manager for the IPO issue.
Likewise, Hathway Investment Nepal Limited has also proposed to open an IPO for the general public.
The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 29.25 lakh shares. This will raise Rs. 14.62 crores for the company since each share will be issued at a par value of Rs. 50 per share.
The application was submitted on Chaitra 25. Global IME Capital Ltd has been appointed as issue manager.
Hathway Investment Nepal Limited is an investment company, registered as a public company in 2009 and commenced its operation in 2011. Hathway invests/trades in various listed, unlisted securities, and real estate, among others. The company’s registered and corporate office is in Hathway Complex, Lainchaur, Kathmandu. The major stake is held by Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal (30.1%), SR Hydro & Investment Pvt. Ltd (28.1%) and Mr. Ambika Prasad Poudel (9.6%) and Nimisha Investment Pvt. Ltd (5.7%). The remaining stake is held by 32 other individuals.
