IPO allotment of United IDI-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower today at 4 PM: Lucky 81,273 applicants will get the shares

The 8,73,910 unit shares of United IDI-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower opened to the public will be allotted today. The allotment will start from 4 pm and will be done at the office of the issue manager (Global IME Capital) in Jamal, Kathmandu.

Out of the offered 8,73,910 units; 17,478 units were set aside for the employees of the company and 43,696 units were set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 8,12,736 units were for the general public.

According to the issue manager, the issue received 5,41,263 valid applications for 94,98,400 units. Evidently, based on our previously reported data, it seems that some applications were rejected for various reasons. Thus, the issue is oversubscribed 11.68 times in terms of the applied units. If we look at the number of applicants, only 81,273 applicants will be allotted with 10 shares each.
