IPO of United IDI-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower closes with 5,57,289 applicants; Issue oversubscribed 12.3 times

United IDI-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited has closed the issue of 8,73,910 units of Initial Public Offering to the general public today i.e. Mangsir 7, 2077. This IPO issue was opened since Mangsir 7.

Out of the offered 8,73,910 units; 17,478 units were set aside for the employees of the company and 43,696 units were set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 8,12,736 units were for the general public.

Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager for the IPO issuance. According to the issue manager, the issue received 5,57,289 applications for a total of 1,00,69,000 units. Thus, the issue is oversubscribed by a little over 12.3 times. However, note that this is the data as of 4:30 pm on the last day. The final data might change after entire processing, not to mention, some applications will be rejected. 

After allotment, the promoter: public shareholding ratio will be 75:25 and the paid-up capital will be 42 crores.
