Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal (ICRNL) Calls its First AGM on Ashadh 09; What are the Agendas?

Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Limited (ICRNL) has called its 1st AGM on 9th Ashad, 2079. The meeting will be held in its head office located at Baneshwor Height, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports and annual reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
3) Election of Board of Directors.
4) Misc.

Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Limited (ICRNL) was established on October 12th, 2020 as a public limited company with the main objective of providing credit rating services in Nepal. It is a subsidiary of Infomerics Valuation and Rating Private Limited, which is a SEBI registered and RBI accredited Credit rating Agency in India. This is the third credit rating company in Nepal after ICRA Nepal and CARE Ratings Nepal.

ICRNL will offer credit rating services in Nepal for various instruments such as bonds, debentures, and other debt instruments besides grading to Initial Public Offer, Follow on Public Offer, Rights Issue and ratings for the bank facilities including term loans, working capital limits, non-funded exposures, etc. ICRNL will also cover the rating of issuers including insurance companies, Asset Management Companies, and SMEs.
