Infinity Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha changes its name to Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Infinity Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has changed the name of the company.

As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, the decision of 1^st AGM of the company conducted on Poush 29, 2074 to change the name to “Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited” has been approved by the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) on Jestha 9, 2075.

All the assets and liabilities in the name of Infinity Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited will now be responsibilities of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBSL).

All class "D" microfinance companies have been changing their names as per the provision in Banks and Financial Institutions Act 2073.
