IME General Insurance urges its shareholders to pay taxes for 5% bonus shares; Account information inside

IME General Insurance (IGI) has published a notice today urging its shareholders to pay tax amount for 5% bonus share.

The company had approved 5% bonus for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75 in its AGM held on Ashad 29, 2076. Since, the company hadn't proposed any cash dividend, the shareholders need to pay the taxes themselves.
