IME General Insurance announces 21st AGM on 29th Asadh, 2076; 5% bonus shares to be endorsed

The 78^th BOD meeting of IME General Insurance Limited (IGI) has decided that the 21^st AGM of the company will be held on 29^th Asadh, 2076 (14^th July, 2019) at Lainchaur Banquets, Lainchaur from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appoint statutory auditor for the year 75/76. The AGM will endorse distribution of 5% bonus shares of the current paid up capital of Rs.97.20 Crore. The appointment of one director from promoter shareholder group is also among the agendas.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 15^th Asadh to 29^th Asadh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 14^th Asadh, 2076 will be eligible to claim the bonus shares and participate in the AGM of the company.
