ICFC Finance to distribute share certificates to promoter shareholders from today

ICFC Finance Limited is distributing share certificate to its promoter shareholders from today ( Chaitra 18, 2072) . The finance company converted its 16.44% promoter share into ordinary share and maintains its promoter public share ratio at 51:49. Before promoter share of the company was 67.44 %. The promoter share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at, Global IME Capital Limited, Rastriya Naachghar, Third Floor, Jamal, Kathmandu. Note:

1. Shareholders have to bring original share certificates along with photocopy of an identity card.
2. Original share certificate, photocopy of citizenship card and identity card along with Letter of Authorization can be sent to the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the right share certificate themselves.
3. The listed right share will be directly transferred to the shareholders demat account.
