ICFC Finance Limited's Rs. 50 Crore 'ICFC Finance Debenture-2089' Issue Approved by NRB

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC)'s 'ICFC Finance Debenture-2089' has been approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank. The Nepal Rastra Bank gave the nod of approval on Bhadra 9, 2082.
The "ICFC Finance Debenture-2089" has 5 lakh units, each having a par value of Rs. 1,000. As the name suggests, the "ICFC Finance Debenture-2089" will mature in the year 2089 BS. The debenture will yield an 8% annual return to unitholders.
