ICFC Finance convenes its 16th AGM; clears way for 13% dividend for shareholders and endorses 3 new BoDs from general shareholder group

ICFC Finance has convened its 16^th AGM on Poush 29, 2076 under the leadership of its chairman. Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed the proposal to provide 13% dividend that includes 8% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares to the shareholders.

The AGM also elected 3 members to the board of the company who include Mr. Tankaram Gautam, Mr. Achyut Raj Acharya and Ms Hemsikha Joshi Garg.

The finance company has paid up capital of Rs 88.21 crore, raised deposit of Rs 11.39 arba, provided loan disbursement of Rs 9.39 arba, has 18 branches, 1 extension counters and 17 ATM booths under its network.
