ICFC Finance convenes 18th AGM; endorses 14% dividend for its shareholders

ICFC Finance has convened its 18th AGM under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 5, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 10% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend to its shareholders and has appointed SARS Associates as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The finance company currently has 20 branches, 1 extension counter, and 19 extension counters under its network.
