ICFC Finance allotted 50% Right Share & distributing certificates from tomorrow; unclaimed 3.79 lakh units right Share auction till Magh 20

ICFC Finance Limited has allotted and is distributing 2:1 (50%) right share certificate to its shareholders from tomorrow (Magh 18, 2072). Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager of this right share. The refund amount and right share certificate should be collected from the respective collection center where the right share was applied. ICFC Finance is auctioning 3,18,871 units promoter right share and 60,903 ordinary right share after the rights shares issued on Mangsir 8, 2072 were not fully subscribed by the investors. The auction is from Magh 15 to Magh 20, 2072. The auction winner will also get 10.5 percent bonus share proposed by the finance company which is subject to approval from upcoming AGM. The bid will open to conclude on Magh 22, 2072. Note:

1. Shareholders have to bring application form’s slip along with photocopy of citizenship certificate.
2. Application Form’s Slip, photocopy of citizenship card and identity card along with Letter of Authorization can be sent to the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the right share certificate themselves.
3. The listed right share will be directly transferred to the shareholders demat account.
