Hurry up; Last day to secure 50% bonus share of Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 50% percent bonus share pledged by Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 24) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 27, 2072 till Poush 16, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Deprosc Laghubitta will be convening its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 16, 2072. At present Deprosc Laghubitta has a paid up capital of Rs 17.19 crore. After the issuance of 50% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs. 25.78 crore.
