Hurry up; Last day to secure 30% stock dividend of Premier Insurance

Today is the last day to get hold of 30% bonus share of Premier Insurance Company Limited for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Chaitra 3, 2072) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Chaitra 4, 2072 till Chaitra 17, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Premier Insurance had earned net profit of Rs. 5.75 crore in the second quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stand at Rs. 28.75 crore. After distributing 30 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 37.37 crore.
