Hurry up; Last day to secure 20% stock dividend of United Insurance

Today is the last day to get hold of 20% bonus share of United Insurance Company Limited (UIC) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Ashad 2, 2073) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close  from Ashad 3, 2073 till Ashad 20, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. United Insurance had earned net profit of Rs. 2.32 crore in the third quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 25.20 crore. After distributing 20 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 30.24 crore.
