Hurry up: Last day to clinch Century Bank 25% right share, Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of 4:1(25%) right shares of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL). Century Commercial Bank 4^thAGM held on Falgun 28, 2071 had endorsed 4:1(25%) right shares to their shareholders. The book closure date for 4:1 right issue has been set for Ashwin 20. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Ashwin 19 (today) will be eligible for the right shares. Only 1 trading days left to claim the right shares of Century Commercial bank. CCBL had earned net profit of Rs 25.79 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72. The paid up capital of the bank stands at 2.12 arba. After the issuance of 25 percent, the paid up capital will stand at Rs 2.65 arba. Its last traded price stood at Rs 395 as on October 5.
