Hurry up: Last day to clinch 30% stock & 6.84% cash dividend of Nabil Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 30 percent bonus share and 6.842 percent cash dividend including for tax purpose pledged by Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares and transferred to their name till today (Mangsir 17) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The book closure date for dividend has been set on Mangsir 20. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 20, 2072 till Poush 13, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Nabil Bank will be convening its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 13, 2072. The bank had earned net profit of Rs. 66.38 crore in first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
