Himalayan, Prime Commercial & 6 other companies lists 2.49 crore units bonus & right shares in NEPSE today

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 2,49,26,500.85 crore units bonus and right shares of Himalayan Bank, Prime Commercial Bank and 6 other companies today. Now, shareholders holding these right and bonus shares can sell them after they are deposited in their demat accounts. Listing of Rights Shares of Himalayan Bank Ltd 64,27,350 units Rights Shares of Himalayan Bank Ltd. has been listed. The bank has listed 14.28% right share which was endorsed by its 23rd AGM. Listing of Bonus Shares of Prime Commercial Bank Ltd 85,22,103.21 units Bonus Shares of Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. has been listed. The bank has listed 23% bonus share which was approved by its 9^th AGM for the FY 2072/73. Listing of Bonus and Rights Shares of Namaste Bittiya Sanstha Ltd 3,75,000 units Rights shares and 90,000 units Bonus Shares of Namaste Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed. The microfinance company has listed 24% bonus share which was approved by its 10^th AGM for the FY 2072/73 and and 100% right shares. Listing of Bonus Shares of Jebils Finance Ltd 3,21,062.5 units Bonus Shares of Jebils Finance Ltd has been listed. The finance company has listed 12.50% bonus shares to its shareholder which was approved by its 7^th AGM for the FY 2072/73. Listing of Bonus Shares of Fewa Bikas Bank Ltd 20,49,700 units Bonus Shares of Fewa Bikas Bank Ltd has been listed. The development bank has listed 20.60% bonus shares to its shareholder which was approved by its 9^th AGM for the FY 2072/73. The development  bank has listed 100% right  shares to its shareholder which was approved by its 10^th AGM for the FY 2072/73. The finance company  has listed 14% bonus share to its shareholder which was approved by its 14^th AGM for the FY 2072/73 and 175% right share.
