Himalayan Hydropower appoints Global IME Capital as its share registrar; recently allotted IPO applicants can trade in their scrips soon
Himalayan HydroPower has appointed Global IME Capital to function as its share registrar.
The agreement for the same was signed on Shrawan 20, 2079 between CEO of the hydro company Mr. Abishek K.C. and CEO of the Merchant banker Mr. Paras Mani Dhakal, as per the statement.
The hydro company had floated IPO to ordinary and project affected locals worth Rs 22.50 crore from Asar 15 to 19, 2079 and allotted the same, as per the media statement.
The hydro company has completed the construction of 12 MW Namarjun Madi Hydro project at Madi gaupalika of Kaski and is producing electricity since 2077-06-12, as per the media statement.
