Himalayan Bank to refund auction money to non-allottee investors from Chaitra 27

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) will be refunding money to the non-allottees of its recently concluded auction of 1.45 lakh units from Chaitra 27, 2073.
As per the notice published by Laxmi Capital Markets Limited, the issue manager for the auction, non-allottees will be refunded their money from Laxmi Capital Market New Baneswor, Kathmandu.
Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) had auctioned its 1,45,580 units ordinary right share to the general public from Chaitra 10, 2073 till Chaitra 16, 2073.The bid was opened on Chaitra 17.
The cut off price for its its 1,45,580 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 931. Highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 1,175. Total 1,158 applicants submitted their bids for ordinary shares
Himalayan Bank Limited has earned net profit of Rs 1.02 arba in the second quarter of ongoing fiscal year 2073/74.
