Himalayan Bank refunding auction money to non-allottee investors from today

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) is refunding money to the non-allottees of its recently concluded auction of 1.45 lakh units from today (Chaitra 27, 2073).
The non-allottees will be issued refund warrants from Laxmi Capital Market, New Baneswor, Kathmandu.
Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) had auctioned its 1,45,580 units ordinary right share to the general public from Chaitra 10, 2073 till Chaitra 16, 2073.The bid was opened on Chaitra 17.
Laxmi Capital Markets Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for this auction.
The cut off price for its its 1,45,580 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 931. Highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 1,175. Total 1,158 applicants submitted their bids for ordinary shares
Himalayan Bank Limited has earned net profit of Rs 1.02 arba in the second quarter of ongoing fiscal year 2073/74.
