Himalaya Urja Bikas Company to convene 18th and 19th AGM on Poush 25, 2076; book closure on Poush 13, 2076

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the 18^th and 19^th AGM of Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited (HURJA).

As per the notice, the BOD meeting of the hydropower company has decided that the 18^th and 19^th AM of the company will be held on Poush 25, 2076 (January 10, 2020) at Baneshwor Banquet, New Baneshwor from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and FY 75/76. The AGM will appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The company has not proposed any dividend for the shareholders.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from Poush 13, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the company till Poush 10, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
