HIDCL convenes its 10th AGM; endorses proposal of 8.42% dividend to shareholders

Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has convened its 10^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 22, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8% bonus shares worth Rs 1.49 arba and 0.421% cash dividend worth Rs 7.87 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. After the capitalization of the proposed bonus shares, the paid-up value of the company will scale up to Rs  20.19 arba

The AGM also elected Mr. Sudhir Parajuli as its new BoD from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
