Heads Up: Two More Companies Initiate IPO Issuance Procedure

Two hydropower companies have called their respective AGM to discuss the issuance of IPO.

Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has called its 13th AGM going on Falgun 07, 2077, i.e. February 19. The meeting will be held in the office of the company registrar, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Annual report and auditor's report of the fiscal year 2076/77.
b) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their remuneration.
c) Discussion on IPO issuance.
d) Misc.

Similarly, Molung Hydropower Company Limited has called its 11th AGM on 6th Falgun, 2077, i.e. February 18. The meeting will be held in the office of the company registrar, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Annual report and auditor's report of the fiscal year 2076/77.
b) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their remuneration.
c) Discussion on IPO issuance.
d) Appointment of issue manager for IPO issuance.
e) Related to increment of the company's authorized and issued capital.
f) Misc.
