Hamro Bikas opens bid to auction 16,299 units ordinary share from today

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) has invited bids from today (Magh 29) to auction its 1,00,850 units of unclaimed promoter right share and 16,299 units of unclaimed ordinary right share.

The minimum bid price for the both category share has been fixed at Rs 100.

The interested bidders have to apply for a minimum of 100 units to take part in the auction.

The bids will close on Falgun 8, and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Falgun 10 at 3 PM at C.W. Café, Durbamarg, Kathmandu.
