Hamro Bikas Bank announces 10.3145% dividend; Shareholders to receive 2.40% bonus shares

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) has announced 10.3145% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the development bank has announced 2.40% bonus shares and 7.9145% cash dividend including cash for tax purpose.
The decision taken by the meeting of BoD is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
The bank has received approval from Nepal Rastra Bank to be merged with with Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited.
