Gurans Life Insurance appoints Laxmi Capital as issue manager to issue 50% right share

Gurans life Insurance Company Limited has appointed Laxmi Capital Markets Limited as its issue manager for issuing 2:1 (50%) right share. Mr. Rajiv Sapkota, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Laxmi Capital and Mr. Shankar Prasad Dahal, CEO of Gurans Life Insurance have signed the agreement today. Issuing a press statement published today, The insurance company will be floating 29.70 lakh units right shares to its shareholders at par value of Rs 100 per share.
