Gurans Laghubitta has virtually convened its 5th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Udaya Narayan Baral on Poush 29, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial highlights of the FY 2076-77 including the balance sheet, cash flow statement, and has also appointed the auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
