Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance opens 8th branch in Jeetpur, Bara
Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance limited (GMFIL) has opened 8th branch office at Jitpur of Bara district on Falgun 26, 2073.
Mr. Ghanshyam Giri, Chairman of Jeetpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr. Shreeman Shrestha, Chairman of Guheswori Merchant inaugurated the newly opened branch amid a function.
Issuing a press statement, it stated that the newly opened branch is providing DP services along with SMS, Internet Banking, remittance and ASBA services.
The finance company has collected deposits of Rs 2.12 arba and has disbursed loan of Rs 1.96 arba till date. Likewise, the finance company has an operating profit of Rs 4.77 crore in this fiscal year.
The statement added that the company had issued 50% right share and 12% bonus share to its shareholders. After issuance of bonus share, its paid up capital has reached Rs 49.35 crore and reserve fund has reached Rs 13.17 crore.
