Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance AGM endorses 12% bonus share

Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd. has endorsed 12% bonus share and 0.63% cash dividend from its 15^th AGM conducted on Poush 22, 2073. Issuing a press release, the company said that the shareholders who were allotted 50% right shares were also eligible for the bonus shares. The paid up capital of the finance company has reached Rs. 49.34 crore with a reserve of Rs. 12.76 crore. It has a deposit base of Rs. 2.21 arba and has floated loans worth Rs. 1.89 arba.
