Green Ventures appoints Laxmi Capital as its share registrar

Green Ventures has appointed Laxmi Capital Market to function as its registrar to shares (RTS).
The agreement for the same was signed on Falgun 23, 2078 between Chief Finance Officer of the company Mr. Anil Agrawal and CEO of the Merchant banker Mr. Rajeev Sapkota, as per the statement.
