Government Prioritizes Construction of Nijgadh International Airport
The government has placed high priority on the construction of Nijgadh International Airport.
While presenting the budget for Fiscal Year 2082/83, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel stated that funding for the project will be secured through alternative development financing methods.
He also highlighted plans to upgrade Bhadrapur and Tulsipur airports, along with the construction of a new airport in Surkhet, aiming to enhance the country’s aviation infrastructure.
