Good news for applicants who failed to apply 60% right shares of Prudential Insurance; NMB Capital extends application deadline until further notice sighting Coronavirus lockdown

NMB Capital, the issue manager to issue 60% right shares of Prudential insurance has published a notice informing the shareholders that it will keep the issue open until the further notice.

It was initially decided that the merchant bank will keep the issue open from Falgun 18 to Chaitra 23, 2076 for the eligible shareholders. However, the lockdown was swiftly enforced by the federal government providing the investors with little or no opportunity to submit their application.

Therefore, the merchant bank has decided to keep the issue open until the current situation ends and shall keep the issue open even for few days after the present turmoil comes to an end, as per the media statement.
