Gold Soars to New All-Time High While Silver Prices Slip in Nepal

Gold prices in Nepal have continued their strong upward momentum, hitting yet another record high in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold surged by Rs. 400 per tola on Monday, reaching a new all-time high of Rs. 248,900 per tola. This marks a significant rise from the previous day’s rate of Rs. 248,500 per tola, surpassing the earlier record set on October 14, 2025.

Similarly, Tejabi gold climbed to Rs. 248,200 per tola, up from Rs. 247,800 per tola a day earlier.

Meanwhile, silver prices have also slipped by Rs. 85 per tola, bringing the current market rate down to Rs. 3,240 per tola, from the earlier Rs. 3,325 per tola.
