Gold Price Falls by Rs 3,500 Per Tola in Nepali Market Following International Decline

The price of gold in the international market has declined compared to Wednesday, causing a significant drop in the domestic market as well.
On Thursday, the price of gold decreased by Rs 3,500 per tola in Nepal, while silver registered a decline of Rs 35 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold is set at Rs 181,800 per tola today. Likewise, silver is being traded at Rs 1,925 per tola.
On Wednesday, the price of gold stood at Rs 185,300 per tola, while silver was traded at Rs 1,960 per tola.
International media reports that the price of gold in the global market is currently hovering around USD 3,160 per ounce.
