Global IME & Reliable Capital received final approval to start joint transaction in the name of Global IME Capital

Global IME Capital Limited and Reliable Capital Limited have received final approval from SEBON to commence their joint transaction (after Acquisition) in the name of Global IME Capital Limited.
As per the notice published in newspaper today, the joint transaction will be carried out from Magh 1, 2074. The 10th AGM of Global IME Capital had approved the special agenda to acquire Reliable Capital.
