Global IME Bank SGM on Mangsir 29; to acquire Pacific Dev. Bank

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Mangsir 29, 2073. The SGM will be held at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11: 00 AM.
The main agendas of the SGM are:
- To approve the acquisition of Pacific Development Bank Limited by Board of Director.
- To approve the Share Swap Ratio on the basis of Due Diligence Audit DDA for the acquisition process of Pacific Development Bank Limited by Global IME Bank Limited.
- To authorize BOD for necessary amendment after paid up and issued capital of the bank increases along with acquisition of Pacific Development Bank and to amend article of association accordingly.
